If you're looking for a long stay hotel away from the main madness of Pattaya but still within reasonable walking distance of the action, this is a good option. Mooks is great value for money with large studios and stylish one-bedroom apartments all at affordable rates.



Location wise this isn't exactly at the heart of the action, instead its set on Third Road in North Pattaya, with Soi 6 and the 2nd Road Baht Bus route under a 10 minute walk away.



Facilities and highlights:

While the rooms are pretty stylished and equipped with everything you'll need the building itself has little by way of facilities other than a laundry and cleaning service, and the M Coffee Factory (a rather snazzy cafe).

I've always been a big fan of the KTK Royall Residence and often recommend it to friends looking to stay for a month or more. There are several sizes of rooms all set up with everything you'd need for extended stays, and tucked away in such a quiet and friendly soi you can sleep well at night and easily avoid the Pattaya hustle, while Soi 6 and the Baht bus routes are just a 3 minute walk away.



Location wise you're just of 2nd Road close to the infamous soi 6 and it's wild 'anything goes' action, and the Alcazar Cabaret show. The soi itself is very clean and peaceful, surrounded by more luxury long stay residence.



Facilities and highlights:

It pretty much has everything you'll need for a a short of long stay, including an indoor pool and sauna, pretty big fitness room, restaurant, cafe, and even a small putting green for the golf fanatics.

If you're looking for a rather snazzy residence good for long and short stays, right by Walking Street and the late-night action, with excellent facilities and a ladyboy friendly policy, then this is your place. The larger suites are perfect for stays of a few weeks to several months, while the studio rooms are also well set up for those in town for just a few days.



Location wise its literally situated by the entrance of Walking Street but designed in a way to take away the late night noise. It's also right on the beach, and although this area of beach isn't ideal for swimmers, it does give the front rooms some stunning views over Pattaya Bay.



Facilities and highlights:

Facilities include a large rooftop pool overlooking Pattaya Bay, a decent restaurant and dining area with equally stunning views, and a well equipped fitness room.

We don't have the Official Ladyboy Policy, but the hotel has been reported as being fully ladyboy friendly.
